  Our first meeting was held on Sept.30th 2009

We had dinner.  Then we started our meeting.  The topic was to hear the groups ghost stories.

My sister Lee-Anne was not present,do to a broken foot.  We had her on speaker phone.  It worked out great!

Laura, myself went first.

1st case

My daughter and I were on vacation up in Philadelphia.  We were visiting my sister Lee-Anne.  One evening we were all getting ready for bed.  Lee-Anne told us her boyfriend would be home late.  We said no problem, off to bed we went.  I am not sure of the time. I heard my sisters down stairs door close.  Then I heard the foot steps, someone came home.  I said to my daughter, did you hear that? Our room was at the top of the stairs.   She said yes.  I said I guess Jimmy is home. My sisters boyfriend at the time.  Morning came and we went down stairs for breakfast.  I said to my sister how is Jimmy?  She said Jimmy never came over.   Wow!


 
My second ghost story is, that I believe I have a haunted radio.  My life parter and I, his name is David.  David is the love of my life.  We were watching the ghost hunting show.  One evening  all of a sudden I heard music. I got up and my radio was on.  I got the chills.  Another time I just mentioned, the show Ghost Whisper and the radio came on.  Another evening while watching a ghost show, my David heard music.  He thought a car was going by. I got up again to see, It was my radio again.  It had happened again.  That had seem to be the pattern, even my David was getting
 the chills.


This is our second story.

I was visiting my sister Lee-Anne last week.  I took my ghost equipment over to her place.  Lee-Anne has a nice small home.  We did a walk through first.  Everything was still.  She heard a story about a young man dieing in her
bedroom.   We had used my ghost equipment. I have what is called a k2 meater.  A k2 meater is Electromagnetic Detector Field.  It helps us to locate and track energy sources  and picks up on any fluctuations and electromagnetic fields in the surrounding environment.  Spirits come from energy.  
We asked spirit in my sisters home why he was there.   We found out his name started with a J.  A friend of my sisters said his name was Jeff.  He  needed our help.  We lit a white candle for him. I know that candles will go out on its own.  Lee-Anne and I walked away.  I went back into the room, not very good to leave a candle all alone.  The flame of the candle started to sizzle. The flame started to waver.  Then it slowly went out.  Now Lee-Anne does not have central air. Nothing was near this candle to make it go out.  It was lit for a while.  I don't believe coincidence.

our 3rd story was told by our member keith


Keith told us that he was at a friends house in fort myers.  I will not tell their names to protect them.
Our friend has a young granddaughter  about 10 years old.  Keith was out in their back yard one day.  He thought he saw the young girl running past him.  He called out her name.  She did not answer him.  He yelled for her again.  He walked over to where he saw her.   There was no one about. Keith then told us that he believes, that it was a shadow person.  Others have been known to see them there also.

Our 4th story came for our member Cat.


One evening around 7 30 or 8 00,   Cat was watching tv with keith.  she started to feel someone else with her. between Cat and Keith stood a man.   She believes the man was her Grandfather.  Keith did not see him.

Karen another member of our group, told us her ghost story.

Her Grandson had sadly passed away at a very young age.  Karen fell asleep one evening.  In her dream she was holding him tight.   He was trying to tell her "not yet".    Karen woke up feeling very sad.  To her surprise it felt as though she was still holding him close.   It felt very strong and real to her.

Hi again from the South West Florida Ghost Hunter.

Back in 2009 my team and I, did an investigation at a motel 6 here in north fort myers.
We arrived at about 9:00 in the morning.  They had 4 rooms for us to check out.  We went in the first room
with our ghost equipment. We just entered the first room, and stood around to get a feel for the room.  My partner was by the door way.  He turned around real fast.  He thought his girlfriend was walking to the room.  He heard footsteps right out side the room.  We asked our questions.  In the bathroom shower area we felt a cold spot.  we asked spirit if they had any heart problem.  My other team member felt chest pains.  The two next room we did not feel anything.  And oh yes,, back to the first  room my sister who is my partner, she felt very shaky. In the other rooms she was just fine.  The very last room.  We were told that the door would be closed tight,as in any motel room would be.
We had out our K2 meter out.  This meter can sometimes tell us if a spirit is present.  My partner at the time took out the  meter and went around the room.  It spiked really high once.  Then I noticed that the door was open.  I asked was that door closed? Everyone said it was closed.  That was like wow!  All in all it was a fun investigation.

My 3rd investigation, was up in Lehigh.  I had heard about a cemetery where the old verterns were buried. It was starting to get dark out.  The full moon was out.  I had dinner with my daughter that night.  After dinner she took my over to the cemetery.  I walked in with light and respect.  I asked permision to take some pictures.   Pictures will be posted soon.

Jan 16th;  David and I {Laura} were having dinner on a  sat night with friends.  We were talking, and David asked if we heard that?  I said no. What did you hear?  The house that we are living now has french doors.  This house use to have sliding doors.  David said he head the sound of sliding doors.   Could it be a spirit visiting us from the past?

A friend of my sister's who lives up in Matlachai, wants us to investigate her home.  This will be a privite residance.
We did this home and found no paranormal activity.
 
So it will be posted here.  I look forward to see what we can find out there. 
 

Next event will be out at a cerematery.   It is a very  old ceremantry out in sanibel.  The date gos back to the 1700's.  This event will be posted.  Keep watching.   We also did not find anything parnormal there.

Feb. 26th. {2010

Our team contacted the restaurant Cap't Con's.  It is in Bookeelia Florida.  The restaurant sits by the florida's beautiful water.  

It is known to have paranormal activity.  Other Ghost Hunting team's have also gone there.  Our team is small, but efficient. I am hopeful our team will grow and so will our equipment.  The staff is great and so is the food.   

We had some personal experience's.  At this time we will go back an investigate again.   We did not capture anything on vidio.  or recorder.

 March 8th{ Case 1*  2010

This was a private home in cape coral.  There are claims of paranormal activity.
Our team went our early morning.  We did hear one voice yelling.  Nothing on recorder though. I look forward to going back.

April 3rd Case} 2*   2010*

Our team went back to Cap't Con's.  This place is known to have shadows, voices, being touched.  People not wanting to stay in the resturant.
Staff being locked in the Staffs bathroom.   Someone saw a picture move back and forth, and chairs moved around.
 
  We stayed till 2 00 in the morning.  All was still for most of the night.  Durning the night we did see what looked like a shadow to us.
my friend was touched on her arm and head.  Sh also said her shirt was tugged.  My friend had a personal feeling.

We caught nothing on video or the camera.  It is a great place still to investigate.   This place also was a house, then a bar.  It started in the 18 00s

Case 3* 2010  April
   New Case.  Our next case is going to be The Curtural Park Performance Theater

The theater is in cape coral.  All together there are 7 of us going.   I am really excited to invesgitate this theater.

  We will be having our meeting every third thursday at Mels Dinner at pine island road and del prado.

   The theater we did was called the Curtural Park Theater in cape coral.  We were very lucky to have been aloud to investigate this 
beautiful theater.  The host was very great with us.  We were the first Ghost Hunting team to be giving permission. : )

 Our next case will be the beautiful Golden Apple Theater in Sarasota Florida.  I think it will be great to travel some.  This theater is know also
to have some paranormal activity.    Results will be coming soon. Also some great pitures!  
The Golden Apple Theater will be {oct 9th}  Date change to {Nov 13th}  Stay tuned for results. This theater is finally here!  Jan.8th. We drove up to saresota today, Jan 7th.  It is a beautiful 100  year old building.  I can't wait till sat, Night.  I hope to find some great paranormal activity there!

The theater is called the RepertoryTheater in the beautiful area of down town fort myers florida    Iam very excited about getting in to this theater known to have some paranormal activity.

Our next case #5 is a very nice surprise for us.   We are going into the beautiful Sanibel Island for this investigation.    

Herb Strauss Schoolhouse Theater.  We will be there Sat. night on June 12th  :  )   We met Victor the host for the evening.
A great guy.  He showed  my sister Co founder and my self Founder around the theater.  He says there is no activity there.  But,  we did get some feelings as he showed us around.  We are alwasy hopeful.   Stay tune for results and great pictures!

We went to this theater.  There were three of us there that night.  Laura David and Karen.  

We went to the theater part first.  We sat down to get a feel for the theater.
We set up our motion light facing the stage.  We then asked our questions.  Our motion light went of several times.  David saw a mist in front of him.
He could not explain that one.  Then after a while we went to the back of the theater.  That is where the dressings rooms were.  We asked our questions. Then we went back to the theater area.  We asked spirit to talk to us.  David said,  OK.  I am going to go back to the men's dressing room.  Well our motion light went off. David said Ok, but I am going back.  After a bit.  David came back to the theater.  He told us that we have to come and see this.  We went back to the men's dressing room.  The first time in the men's dressing room, my team member Karen smelled cigarette smoke and she had a heavyness in  her chest.  Back to the men's dressings.  David saw a pair of jeans lightly swaying on a hanger.  David checked everything.  He checked the vents for air flow. There was no air flow at the time.  David even changed hangers.  David and karen even stopped the jeans themselves.  The jeans felt warm to us.
Then we took out our K2 meter.  Sometimes spirit can light up meters when near.  We asked several questions.  Just about every time David said he was going to touch the jeans our meter went off.  We did ask sprit if it was  a Man or Woman or girl of boy.  The meter lit up when we asked if male.
Then we asked him if he would like to go on into the light.  Our meter went off again.  So we sat in a circle and held hands, and David said a prayer. I sure do hope we helped the spirit move on.

When we went to to our reveal, we had a nice surprise.  Victor our host told us a while back ago, a man was doing a performance on the stage.
This man died on the stage.   Wow! We got that one right!

Now we have a wonderful case coming up.   This is called  Military Heritage & Aviation Museum
Our team will be going there Aug 21st   2010.   This will be our first Museum to investigate.  I do hope to find some paranormal activity there.  You

     Case # 6, We are also going to investigate the  BroadWay Palm Dinner Theater in Fort Myers Florida.  I met Susan the director of the theater. A wonderful woman.  We should be doing this theater late July 2010.   Please Stay tuned.   Date change. We will be there Aug.28th.  My b day weekend.  2010   Date and time.  10 30  untill whenever 
we are done.  I hope we capture some great activity.

Ok here are the BroadWay Palm  results   We went in that evening and had our tour.  David my Co founder  saw a shadow dart in front of him.   It really took off guard.  Then we started our investigation.  David sat in the area where the actors hung out.  He heard my voice say  "David I need your help."  My other team member Karen and I had gone off to get more equipment.  Then David also heard what sounded like a fly by his ear.  Nothing was near his ear,  Then about 1  45  in the night we were all sitting in the main theater.  We started to hear music.  It was really faint.  We had no idea where it was comming from. In the evidence we captured a spirit orb come right passed our night vision camera.  It was an awsome night.  There is paranormal in the BroadWay Palm.  I hope to go back in after the holidays.  Maybe we will capture more activity.

Hi again from the southwest florida ghost Hunter.

I am going to go up to North Carolina to have a wonderful visit with my Mother.    I have found some places up there to investigate that are right around the
same area as my mother.    I got very lucky.  This place is called the   NorthSide Bar&Grill.  It has been known for paranormal activity.  I will find out more
when we are up there.   This investigation will take place sunday night Oct.  10th.  I am really looking forward to going in this club to investigate.  I love to do 
something different every time I go to North Carolina.  :  )

We did our investigation at the wonderful NorthSide Grill and Bar.   This building was very interesting to us.  It was my slef and co found Laura and David.
We had another wonderful paranormal lady join us.   She is from the Ashville North Carolina area.   The building was like 100 years old.  The building was a bar first then was a reasturant and then it was apartments.       The story was that a woman had hung herself.  We tried to get to the bottom of it, but all and
all it was a still night.

  When we got back home, though I had no idea.  I was listning to my recorder.   We then caputered a very loud bang.  The question
while we were there was " Are you here with us now?"   Right after that there a very loud bang on our recorder.  Made me jump.  Wow.  We did not hear
that bang while we were investigating.  That was nice eveidance.

Now a brand new case coming up for the SouthWest Florida Ghost Hunters.
My sister who lives in St. James City  has claims of some spirit activity at her lovly house.  We are going there on Nov.27th  in hopes to capture some of this
spirit activity.   Looking forward to this investigation.

Going back to a case we did at the Cultural Park Theater in Cape Coral.  We were there once before but caught no activity.  I hope to go back in this 2nd time around  and  get some good pictures or something on my recorder.  Time will Tell.   We will be there Dec.  11th.  There is a show first and the interesting part is it is about Ghosts.  Should make for an interesting night.  After everyone leaves we will go lights out.   Stayed tuned

Brand new case in Feb.   date but comming soon.   We will be doing another museum in Collier County.  This will be our first time.  My Co founder David and I went on Sat.  It is a big museum.  Lots of wonderful things to see inside and outside.  We are not sure if there is paranormal activity there.  There is a lot of old 
things there to check out.  Some army things.  Also some wonderful things about the seminole Indians.  I hope to have a great night there.

This will be our 3rd Museum.    It is called Pioneer Museum at Roberts Ranch.  They are pretty sure their is some

Hi Friends,  it has been a little while now for us to make an update.  My team has grown sinse 2010.   New team members.  Bob is a really great guy to work with.  The other new one is Randy.  They have been makeing every meetings that we have been doing.  : )  and cases.   It is a brand new year. : )  2011.

The members in our team all together are (Laura - Founder and David- Co Founder)          Team member are,  Karen, Bob, and Randy.  We are going to work with two  other new members who I will tell at a later date.

We did investigate three museums.   Only one that I can say had paranormal activity. I can not call it "Hanuted"  as of yet.  All the staff at these museums were great to have us there.  We will go back to check out two of them in the fall.  We need to look more into the activity.

We investiagated Capt Cons resturant.  The staff there is always so nice to us.  But we did not find any paranormal activity.

On Aug 7th of 2011   We drove up to the Pilican Alley Resturant.  The owner invited some of his friends that were interested in observing.

We had a great night. We had a lot of paranormal activity that evening.  The first thing that we heard was a clang noise.  After going over the evidance we caught a bright orb going left to right.  It did move on its own.  Then in ther kitchen door we caught a black mass.  We had it there in the window of the door, then it moved .Then the window in the kitchen was clear and no one was in the kitchen at the time.  My investigator bob is a sensitive ,he can feel when the spirits are around.  He got the message that a young girl and her mother wanted to cross over.  A male spirit was holding them back.
 
We did get a young girl and mother  who wanted to cross over.  In time we did get them to cross.  During this time our k2 meter were going off like crazy. The man spirit was very up set with us.  But then we finally got him to cross over too.  What a night it was.  We hope for more of that in the future.

Our next investigation was at the beautiful Butterfly estates in Fort Myers Florida. It was on Aug 27th 2011. The owners were so nice to let us in.  We were the first Ghost 
Hunters to be invited in.  David and I started out in their ice cream shop.  .  Out k2 meter went off some what in the shop.  We heard one little tap, but was not a loud  loud one.  Then we moved up to their Bride room.  We also heard a small noise there.  I think there was some activity. but we will have to go back.

We also re did the Broad Way Palm dinner theater,  we had a great night there.  One of my investigator was touched 3 times.  Our K2 went off several times in their small theater.  It was a great night.  there is activity there.  We love to keep going back there.

The next place we did was the Alva Museum.  The lady in charge of it was so great to let us in.  We were sitting out on the front porch where our K2 meter went off several times.  In side of the Museum  it was very peaceful.  But, there was something happening on the our side of the grounds.  There was a shad in the yard.

My investigators caught a very loud bang while sitting in the shad with the door closed. Interesting.  Then I myself and Wendy the woman in charge an 2 others were sitting in the shad.My life partner said let me check the door.  they are also on well water.  He went towards the door and there were 4 loud bangs.  It was something because the whole time we were there, nothing banged until that moment.  I will look forward to going back.  One just never knows.  The new year will bring more great stuff.  I sure hope you follow along with us.
